How to Get Started

1. Download CourtReserve

  1.  Go to the CourtReserve website or app:

    You can register on your own by going to https://app.courtreserve.com/account/register or by downloading the CourtReserve app (App is recommended) 

  2. Select "Create Account":

    On the registration page, you'll find an option to create a new account. 

  3.  Choose your club (optional but recommended):

    While registering, you might be prompted to select a club. Even if you don't plan to join one immediately, it's often part of the initial setup, and you can add or delete clubs later. 

  4. Fill out the registration form:

    You'll need to provide your first name, last name, email address, and create a password. 

  5.  Complete any required club-specific questions:

    Some clubs may have additional questions you need to answer during the registration process. 

  6.  Save and confirm:

    After filling out the information, save your details and confirm your account creation. You will receive a confirmation email. 

2. Register for Events

  1. Find the event: From the club's home page, click on "Events" and then "Calendar" to view all scheduled events like lessons, clinics, leagues, or tournaments. Alternatively, if looking for a specific court or open play, use the "Book a court" or "Reserve" section. 

  2. Select the event: Click on the event you wish to register for to see its details. 

  3. Initiate registration: Look for a "Register" or "Register for Event" button and click it. 

  4. Provide necessary information: This step may involve:

    • Selecting specific dates if it's a recurring event. 

    • Adding partners or guests from the member list or by inviting guests. 

    • Answering any required questions or waivers. 

  5. Complete the registration: Confirm your registration, which might involve a payment process if there's a fee for the event. 

  6. Confirmation: You should receive confirmation of your registration and the event will appear in your upcoming reservations.
